I first worked with Taylor as her team lead at Umbrella Marketing Team. Originally a graphic designer, Taylor’s eye for detail and ability to generate fresh ideas in any design concept always impressed me. So much so, that when I was hiring at Blinx Solutions, Taylor was at the top of my list of people I’d like to build a team around. Coming into the role as a Junior UX/UI designer, she showcased again and again her ability to meet a design brief efficiently and with a unique creative twist to the design I find to be unique to her style. Taylor also had the chance to learn the fundamentals of UX theory and has always shown an ambitious drive to better herself. In a short space of time, I feel Taylor is as competent a UX’er as she is a brilliant designer, and will only get better as she goes on. She approaches every challenge with a smile and never finds any job too big. I’d always recommend anyone work with Taylor, should they get the chance. She’s will not only become a valuable colleague, but a good friend too.
