Work with iPad point of service systems to deliver seamless, personalized service, while building and maintaining personal relationships with top, regular clientele. Working in customer service for the past six years, I have learned the importance of maintaining positive, long-term customer relations. Success, sincerity, and reliability go hand in hand when it comes to building trust within business relationships and to retaining loyal clientele. As a graduate teaching assistant, I internalized the roles of reliability, leadership, and independent decision making. In doing so, I gained the courage to step outside my comfort zone in accepting the responsibility for working with 200+ students at a time. I worked closely with professors to develop and deliver course seminars, while working one-on-one with students during my office hours to aid their understanding of course materials and research methods. The most important lesson I learned within my role is that the best way to succeed is to ask questions, to learn from missteps and to always look for new ways to improve, innovate, and revive traditional methods; as a teacher, a student and an employee.
