As a social person, I've enjoyed experiencing bartending at a college bar. Not only do I get to interact with a variety of people, but I also prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, serve food, and asses customers' needs to ensure they have a fun and safe experience. The main responsibility of my position was to assist with the planning and fulfillment of 18 fan events over the course of five days during Enshrinement Week 2021. To be more specific, I coordinated the selection and execution of event details such as linens, flowers, menus, furniture, and run of shows. I also assisted in the management and allocation of approximately 10,000 hotel rooms across multiple Ohio cities. Through the operations department, I was also able to gain experience through the completion of game operation walkthroughs of Tom Benson Stadium in which we tested the conditions of the field, locker rooms, camera zones, and other facilities.

As an active member since 2018, I was thrilled to be elected onto the executive board. As the Vice President of Education, I planned and executed all chapter-wide events including sisterhoods, retreats, bid day, initiation, and the senior celebration. I'm also proud to share that I implemented the chapter’s first diversity and inclusion committee with the intention to educate the 200+ women of the chapter in related topics. • Recruiting Operations Assistant for Wisconsin Football
      • Aug 2018 - Mar 2020

As a Wisconsin student, it was an incredible experience to work in recruiting, one of my favorite aspects of college football. Over the two years as an assistant, I entered important data regarding potential recruits into a multitude of softwares, including Jump Forward, XOS, and Ucreport. I also requested the transcripts and test scores of student athletes through both email and phone. An important part of the job is also being able to conduct research through social media accounts in order to gain insight into what is currently appealing. The goal of this is to market the university more towards what the athletes find interesting or entertaining. I also assisted with the planning and execution of recruiting events including junior days, official visits, unofficial visits, and game days.

I also collaborated with a team to achieve the Bear’s culture of humility, integrity, and strong work ethic. I used positive enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor to maximize communication with fans of all ages as well.
