When I joined Photography Intermedia Collective (PIC) as a member in Fall of 2011, I participated in organized fundraisers and group shows.I was elected the Treasurer for PIC in Winter of 2012. Becoming more involved with school and with the organization, I would lead fundraiser activity and campus outreach. In Winter of 2013, I was elected as the President of PIC where I lead all the bi-weekly meetings, assigned work to committees, and met with local establishments to build a relationship between the organization in which I ran and to be an ambassador for the Frostic School of Art. I organized an exchange shows with art schools such as Kendall College of Art and Design and other local art schools. My legacy to the organization after a year of running the collective was a system for archiving the organization since its creation over half a decade ago, a system of member accountability, and the foundation for which the organization can expand in ways it never had.
