Managing shifts, which included delegating duties to employees, counting money in registers, doing deposits, and filling out shift paperwork. As a marketing specialist, I chose how and where to distribute food samples and kept and analyzed data based on sampling events. I also worked with cash registers, took deliveries, prepped food, and made sandwiches. Responsible for inspection on all new product launches to ensure no defects were sent to the customer. Filled out inspection records on all tasks performed by quality area. Ran multiple assembly stations including sonic welding and vibration welding machines. Met with management daily to discuss all product flaws that were found during inspection. That information was used to design SOP instructions to make operators aware of potential defects. I was responsible for managing financial records. Other responsibilities included managing disciplinary records and video-recording team practices. My main project was developing the social media campaign for recruitment and exposure. From this experience I learned organization and the value of behind-the-scenes work.
