While working at Dekogon i was fortunate enough to see Taylor's excellent ability as both artist and team lead. In case of delivering content as an artist he was the fastest with outstanding result. During contract work as a lead he was very straight forward to what he wants and always briefly describe every small details to the artists. What makes me surprised is that he is always active to make sure to avoid any backlog and instantly response during any issue. His dedication as a lead is quite appreciable as well as overwhelming project management skill. I would highly recommend him to any leading position for game production.
