Part time Front of House staff member promoted to team manager at the beginning of 2022. My role involves training and recruiting new staff, managing staff schedule, resolving customer issues, processing refunds and restocking. I was elected by the student body at Takapuna Grammar School as the Student Trustee on the school board of Trustees. This involved fortnightly meetings with my principle, asking the student body what they wanted the school to improve/change through public speaking and monthly meetings with the Board to relay this information. During these Board meetings we discussed a strategic vision and targets for the school. I participated in decisions regarding policies and procedures, curricular management as well as financial and property management.
