Ecu Worldwide is a logistics firm which is responsible for seaway shipment via containers. I was responsible for export operations of LCL shipments to countries such as Canada , America , Singapore, Korea and Belgium. Duties were ; - Entry of new bookings to Ecu system. - Following of customers' deliveries to our port warehouse or arranging the pick up if its a EXW case. -Collection of customs papers from clients and updating the final data of weight / dimensions in system. -After the dispatch, providing final B/Ls to our customers.

Mesi Marine is a company that provides spare parts for ships. As operations department our main role was to become bridge between the supplier and the end user. My responsibilities were ; - Registering order files which was opened by sales department. - Following the readiness process of the goods with suppliers. - Informing our customers about ready orders and arranging the shipment via TNT,DHL and etc to the address that customer provided. - Tracking the AWBs for delivery and informing our customers. - Finally handing over the file to accounting department after delivery.

The package has to be light and small to be shown as sample. ( In this case a proforma invoice with low amount has to be prepared.)
