Conduct multiple annual policy renewals for parent company and subsidiaries, conduct monopolistic state reporting, vendor management, budget projections and management. Provide oversight of enterprise-wide Property and Causality Program, manage Statement of Values for 500 plus locations. Work with Corporate Real Estate to ensure documentation of proper COPE/SOV Data associated with renovated. newly acquired and closed locations are properly reflected in support of accurate underwriter submittal.
