      The Condiment Connoisseur was a manufacturing and distribution company Tawnya founded to sell her own line of seafood sauces as well as Rattlesnake Grill gourmet line (chilli jams, BBQ sauces, salsa and margarita mixers) and Napa Valley Gourmet Mustards. At this time, Tawnya also imported chilies from Mexico for chefs in Sydney, kicking off her passion for sourcing essential ingredients with provenance for Australian chefs. As the Founder, Tawnya managed the distribution, development, production of her own sauces, promotion (cooking demonstrations) and labelling, as well as the administrative aspects of the business, which had 2 full time employees and 6 casual staff.
