Starting a new career in a new country is not easy. Luckily, I had the opportunity to be to be working for Taurai for approximately 2 years, or so, in which he was the General Manager and Director of Operations at JogPost. Taurai was an amazing leader with a great energy for all of us. Thanks to his patience and commitment with all new and foreign starters, I was able to gain the confidence that I needed to show him the best of my abilities. I remember his motivational speeches during the week, delivered with positivity and empowering motivation, industry knowledge and passion. Soon after me leaving his team, he decided to start his own company which, to this day, has been very successful. Knowing Taruai, I had no doubt when he informed us of this decision. Taurai was my manager and the best I have had at that. Furthermore, his genuine support, understanding and care has also made him a dear friend and a role model that I know I can turn to when I need educated advice!

JogPost Ltd experience Joined in 2010 when the company only had £2k in the bank account as a distribution supervisor. Went on to train hundreds of distributors and several supervisors during my first 12months helping to grow and expand the company in the process before moving into the office as operations manager and eventually general manager inside my first couple of years.By the time I left in August 2014 the company was turning over upwards of £4m a year, had over 20 supervisor teams working daily and I had trained more than 2.5k distributors and supervisors during my tenure. I learnt the bulk of my management skills during my time here and the company was featured on Dragon’s Den during it’s early inception.
