  The list of my responsibilities involved organizing, planning, and implementing activities for small groups of campers, and the entire camp. These activities ranged from small crafts, or facilitating archery to running and putting into action a fully themed activity with multiple stations for about 200 people. Another set of responsibilities was scheduling, organizing, filing, and passing out large quantities of paperwork in weekly information binders, and program supplies.

  My time was spent planning, and executing a schedule. I would plan the schedule for my group and help my coworkers plan when we would all be taking our breaks throughout the week. Time was also taken to plan with the children what they wanted to consume at cookouts, and then fill out all the paperwork necessary to make sure we were able to have a successful cookout with all the food that would be needed.
