Kaj Mäkelä
Tatu is a multi-talent service designer with visual background. I’ve been working with him in several projects on travel and finance since the day one he joined Fjord Helsinki and therefore I’ve had a privilege to follow-up his development. Tatu has boldly taken new challenges and opportunities to learn new and has quickly grasped new skills and built knowledge. He has taken responsibility and part in the user and stakeholder research, workshop planning and conduction and distilling findings into service blueprints. Tatu is sensitive for weak signals, analysing findings and turning them into service offerings and illustrative concepts. Further on, he can develop the abstract concepts into prototypes illustrating the experience and value. Tatu is modest, good listener and always smiling.
