  I started off as the Receptionist answering phone calls, filing paperwork, helping around the office, using Microsoft, scheduling appointments and emailing when necessary. I then became the On-boarding Specialist. I scheduled and went through orientation. I collected paperwork and kept a live spreadsheet of all the drivers hired on with the company. I put files together and maintained certain documents. I verified and discussed insurance paperwork for the drivers and made sure their policies and certifications were up to date. I ordered temporary permits, kept up with a system website of how many drivers were running. I handled contracts , background checks and drug screenings. I was head of the recruiting department and oversaw what qualifications and certifications the drivers had and/or needed in order to run with the company. Show less
