I had the pleasure of working with Tatianna for the past few months as her Director. Working at a startup based in China while working remotely is a huge challenge but as soon as I met Tatianna, I knew she would be able to jump in an grab the role by the proverbial horns. I was right of course and quickly Tatianna proved that she had way more talents that she wowed our team with as we worked tirelessly to build a brand. Tatianna is creative, thoughtful, insightful, methodical, positive, resourceful and understands how to prioritize and then bring projects to fruition in a timely and thorough manner. With this new age of working from home, it's sometimes hard to know if everyone on the team is staying productive and if you're an office place veteran, changing your mindset from constant check-ins with your team to putting trust in your team to get the work done can be a challenge, but Tatianna made this process very easy. She was transparent with her workload and productivity and when needed, utilized the hive-mind of our team to work through projects efficiently. As a person, Tatianna is a joy to work with. I could never work with anyone with a negative or defeatist attitude and she is very much opposite of that. She is positive and eager to tackle whatever tasks are thrown to her. She is nimble, flexible and thinks big picture while quietly is already starting to work our logistical processes. Tatianna is encouraging and very much a team player. She is communicative and direct and receives feedback in a productive manner. It is unfortunate that our time working together was not as long as I was hoping it had been and given the opportunity, I would hire her back in an instant.
