Despite being one of our newest employees, especially in the Molecular Biology department, Tatiana is extremely devoted to the cause and willing to go the extra mile if necessary as a result. Even the mundane and repetitive tasks, especially when samples get submitted in large batches, do not seem to faze her. She is articulate and outspoken, never hesitating to ask for help or come to people with questions when needed. Ethics and morality are very important to her. Her collaborative skills and can-do attitude are best exemplified during the distribution of tasks amongst the members of the screening team. Any project that she believes in on its fundamental level is lucky to have her.
