Tatiana was my teammate for more than 3 years and I would be happy if I had a chance to work with her again. She is a QA engineer by heart - she always strived to introduce a new type of tests which would make the releasing faster, less painful, and more secure. She never had a problem to grasp new technology, introduce it to the team, and write the tests in many different languages. When there was a possibility to automate something, she did it. As a software engineer in the team, I was never afraid of touching any parts of the code – for me that is the best sign of an excellent job she was doing. She managed to set up a releasing and testing pipeline which enabled us to use a real continuous deployment. I would recommend her to a QA architect role or any role where she could make an impact on a company-wide level.

Tatiana is one of the most amazing QA Engineers I worked with at Toptal. She worked on one of the largest and most complicated projects we had at Toptal. Working on a team of 10+ software developers, she displayed great discipline and coordination to deliver the product on time. She was always an asset to them team engaging and giving feedback and dramatically helping the product. Even more vitally so, she was very, very detailed-oriented, understanding, incredibly well, the business scenarios required so that she could write the proper tests and identify design and software problems before launch. As the team's product manager, it was a pleasure to work with her on this amazing team. I would walk with her through my user stories and scenarios editing them and making them better, especially the acceptance criteria. It was great working in this collaborative way. Sometimes work at Toptal is challenging being a fully remote company, so communication and proactivity are vital for everyone here. Our stakeholders are demanding and expect quick results and turn around. However, given these difficulties, she worked hard with the team to deliver the impact needed to not only build a great product but she also jumped in and helped the team out where needed. The product team has been very blessed to have her on the team, and if she ever decides to look outside of Toptal, Toptal would be losing a great QA engineer, but someone else would be lucky to have her.

I helped to scale core engineering team by interviewing, onboarding and coaching new QA team members. Together with a colleague we've redefined and executed a new testing strategy that helped us to reduce the number of UI tests preserving coverage. It made test suite faster and reliable and allowed to grow application.I introduced consumer-driven contract tests as a part of the testing strategy that helped testing the decoupled into microservices code.I helped product managers to define technical requirements for new features and products that would fit into complicated business logic.I performed code reviews helping engineering teams to improve code quality and spot issues in the test coverage and functionality logic.I was a Scrum master helping a team to improve the process.
