As a Product Owner I make decision on software development and planning development roadmap defining priorities in the new features implementation and improvements. Discuss development strategies with other POs and CEO and perform regular meetings on tasks reevaluation and tasks grooming. During these four years I completed many tasks that involved contacts with customers (scientists from pharmaceutical companies) including listening to their needs, evaluating the priority, adding it into project development roadmap and transforming it into tasks for technical team to be implemented. I was handling customer´s complaints about the software and searching for a way to solve the issues and improve their experience, providing necessary trainings and support. I worked with the technical teams to translate the user requests or explain new feature planned. I also participated in conferences and workshops to see the potential demands in new features in the product, discuss it with the team if needed create a backlog with tasks description. I applied Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, I worked with JIRA by creating epics, user stories and splitting them into tasks, communicating tasks to technical team, discussing prioritization of the tasks with product management team, describing specific JIRA tasks and following up including performing first User´s test with MVP, participating in daily, planning, demonstration and retrospective meetings. As a researcher I performed consultancy in Machine Learning for the customer while they were creating their own pipeline to collect data, preprocess data, train models and use it internally to predict chemical properties for the new drug candidates. I helped to apply active learning inside the pipeline for model management and improvement. Experience programming: Python including deep knowledge in scikit learn library, R, bash. Experience in Tensorflow, experience with MySQL, SQLite databases, AWS. Show less

I am currently responsible for the development of the MacroMolecule module of the WebMetabase web application. My main responsibilities include planning of the development of the module, related training's preparation and performance, preparation of the posters for the scientific conferences, preparation of the publications for the scientific journals, the prapaation of the white papers and the development of the advertising and selling strategies. Mass-Metasite and WebMetabase MacroMolecules module can be used to perform peptide metabolites profiling using HRMS data. As a part of the project I am also working on the development of the software-aided workflow for the cleavage site prediction in peptide drug using molecular descriptors for individual proteases and complex matrices. For this purpose I apply machine learning algorithms to develop peptide cleavage site prediction models for individual proteases or a specific peptide drug families. Following programming languages are used during this project python, java and c++. Show less

I am currently working on development of the software-aided workflow for predicting sites of cleavage in peptide drug using molecular descriptors of the natural and synthetic amino acids for individual proteases and complex matrices. I am using tools such as MassMetasite and WebMetabase to perform peptide metabolites structure elucidation using MS/MS data and potential cleavage site prediction based on experimental data. Moreover, I apply machine learning algorithms to develop peptide cleavage site prediction models for individual proteases or a specific peptide drug families. Following programming languages are used during this project python (including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn), c++ and java. Show less

Monitoring and project overview of phases II-III-IV clinical trials in Circulatory: Hypertensive Disease. Dermatology: Complicated Skin and Soft Tissue Infection Musculoskeletal: Rheumatoid Arthritis. Oncology: Advanced Cancer, Bone Metastases, Multiple Myeloma, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. Pulmonology: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Gastroenterology: Crohn’s disease. Perform trainings for the new trainees. Develop strategies on improving the patient´s enrolment. Obtained required regulatory permissions; finalized one RCR package, trained the investigators in study procedures; progress of the study and investigator compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements, including site initiation; Ensured sites were provided with all necessary trial supplies including IP and concomitant medications. Prepared necessary shipment documents for biosamples shipment. Ensured that eCRF trainings and GCP trainings were completed correctly. Ensured all study-related documentation, including ISF maintained appropriately; Maintained tracking databases and updated CTMS. Show less
