Recruitment. I determine recruitment tactics, prioritize projects, define metrics and check the indicators of recruitment according to business requests. I source, select, interview and assess candidates for current vacancies. I provide the feedback to the management about recruitment status. I control all processes linked to job offers and further employment. Adaptation. Together with the hiring manager I approve an adaptation plan for the new employee. I control the working place preparation. I conduct all onboarding activities on the first day. I supervise the adaptation process and collect the feedback about mutual expectations and successes upon the end of it. Learning management. We provide education according to business’s needs. I collect learning demands, find the appropriate providers and educational forms. Then we choose the best product for our needs. I coordinate the brief, the targeted results and cost with the provider and check the execution. I organize the learning process and employees’ attendance, including distant learning. I take care of the business web site: I monitor the contents and career web page update. The web site was changed in 2019. I took part in this process regarding the HR-related contents. I annually arrange offsite cycle meetings for 40-70 people. I have a subordinate assistant. I teach, set tasks, check and appraise the results. I maintain HR budget: I set, validate and supervise its execution. I liaise with a provider about voluntary medical insurance program – from contract ratification to problems solving.
