      1. Enrole as studio coordinator ; manage catalog shooting schedule for upcoming styling (catalog shooting) and photographer from time to time/day by day. 2. Prepare stocks received from warehouse inbound department. To ensure the catalog shooting go smoothly by using the correct items/skus. 4. Liaise with warehouse inbound team to make sure stocks from every brands are ready and located specially for studio. No barcode sticker on the front packaging/top-notch condition of item without any defectives. 5. Check on stocks received by refer to manifest provided and FV Operation System to ensure quantity and items are correct with the line sheet prepared by brands. Usually stocks came with batch by refer to brand launch date. 6. Liaise with inventory team to request stocks for ad hoc request while having a photoshoot. 7. Maintain contact with content writer and buyers to approve, review and reject images and send feedback. In charge on receiving/sending samples with buyers/brands. 8. Quantity checking on stocks at the end of shooting session, scan and organise into groups to return to inventory. I usually using company's operation portal which are accessible by certain staff and do the filling for my own reference. 9. Responsible on studio petty cash, prepare petty cash report every end of the month including reimbursement request from finance department. In addition, to ensure studio equipments which are printer, iron steamer, etc always in good condition. Show less
