Andressa Chan

I’ve worked with Tassia for almost a year. She was one of my buyers’s team members and worked remotely. Tassia is accountable, independent, dedicated and organized, which made my work as well as decision make much more agile and aligned. She overcomes the alignment challenge gracefully considering that we were in different locations. Several times she had tough and complex situations to handled, and she showed that she was not only reliable but also good in negotiations.

Angela D. Henderson, MBA

While Tassia worked for me during my international assignment in Brasil, she was responsible for the Interior commodities for our global EcoSport program. The responsibilities included ensuring timing, cost and delivery of these commodities aligned with our program requirements. She paid great attention to detail, provided data analysis to support buyer negotiations, worked with suppliers to explain requirements, negotiate terms as well as provided supporting documentation for closing design changes and cost rationale. Tassia was effective at presenting materials to upper management as well as creating the necessary relationships to facilitate expedient and efficient support with tasks that were not in her scope of control. She leveraged those relationships to be more efficient not only with local Brasil tasks but also with India, China and Russia. Tassia also demonstrated a thirst for knowledge and also supported cross functional training. She was always eager to support other team members without request, building her business acumen as well as her team members. She always demonstrated strong emotional resilience in times of immense pressure and was always a positive and pleasant person on our team.
