  I worked in water quality, doing compliance with Industrial General Permit for water reclamation plants and wastewater treatment plants. I also did permit compliance for the WDR permit for Tulare Lake Compost facility. Conducted background soil sampling for the farmland adjacent to the Tulare Lake Compost Facility. Also helped in obtaining permit coverage through the Biosolids General Order in order to apply compost to the farmland. Currently working in the Sewer Design Section of the Districts. Here, I do project management in the design phase of sewer rehabilitation projects. From obtaining permits, to designing and kick-starting the construction work in sewer rehab projects, this section allows engineers to work on all components of this field.
