During my time here at B&Q, I have been working closely with the team leaders to ensure everything is running smoothly, managing deliveries, handling paperwork and dealing with customer queries and complaints. The role includes taking calls and responding to emails as well as CRMS. I am required to work within tight deadlines and ensure many tasks are completed by the end of the day. I liaise with a variety of people on a day to day basis. I keep everything organised and well maintained.
