  Responsibilities:  Manage day to day activities for company Fleet & Garage which includes repairing and maintaining all fleet.  Design and implement policies and procedures for Garage, procurement and store.  Timely follow up with supervisors in regards breakdowns.  Follow up of operation cost factors (tyres, fuel, batteries, breakdown time and cost, maintenance time and cost.  Established a cost efficient garage by following up the major K.P.I’s (productivity, efficiency and quality)  Design and implement a systematic way for parts purchasing by identifying consumption rates and minimum stock levels  Widen suppliers list by dealing with international suppliers.  Monitor work order closings to ensure invoicing occurs within 5 days of last work activity of each job; monitor all accounts checking for accuracy, completeness, and ensuring timely processing and closing.  Prepare annual service department budget & objectives and capital expenditures requests  Diagram Supply Chain modules to help facilitate discussions with customers  Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes & determine their effect of supply chain activities  Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.  Adequately ensure offices, shop, vehicles, tools and other company property are properly maintained in a professional and safe manner to promote excellent customer service Show less
