My first two weeks at LB were with Tasha. As Training Manager she onboarded me and two other managers with a crash course for success. Since those training weeks, Tasha has proven to be the most invaluable and important resource. She always (ALWAYS!) had time to help. It didn't matter if it was a second interview, brainstorming an outside of the box approach to a business need, a policy or procedure questions or anything else. She not only helped with answers but also helped with what tools to use where she got the answer so I would be prepared next time. Tasha Scott is the best example of a "firm but fair" leader that I've ever met. She has a stellar performing store run by a stellar talent. She sets clear expectations, explains the "why", leads by example, and holds herself and the team to that standard. She is not one to make excuses. If there is a road block, it is not a reason to not succeed, rather an opportunity to find a different approach to success. Tasha is very vocal and willing to offer feedback and coaching. She also is humble enough to ask for feedback or advice. When given coaching she accepts it and really takes a look at what was said and what she can do differently to be more effective. She is a brilliant cheerleader and many times when I felt like a big win went unnoticed, she would end up calling it out to celebrate it with my team. She wants to see everyone succeed (Even though her fun and competitive side will say that while everyone succeeds, she'll still be number one lol) I hope that one day I will have the honor of working with her again. Until then I will highly recommend her to any company, prospective employer or employee as a fabulous partner to have at work.
