  December 2006 to date i have spent working at the award winning Estate agents FBM, managing property across Pembrokeshire and Carmartenshire, The 8 years i have spent operating as a negotiator has given me good local property knowledge to assist in recognising areas for new business and growth.Previous to this i spent time working in a call center, tauting for new business and prior that i worked for the leading retail organistaion Arcadia, operating as a weekend supervisor for 3 years.

  I was promoted to a Senior Sales Negotiator in the Narberth office within 18 months of working for the firm, i have a responsibility to over see the going on's within the office when my Manager has other commitments. However, like all negotiators, my role involves conducting viewings and liasing with both potential buyers sellers. Dealing with enquiries that may come in via the telephone or by email. Negotiating sales and dealing with Solicitors, Valuers and fellow Estate Agents. Preparing property particulars for marketing and completing day to day administartion whilst working in a team to recognise areas for business growth to allow us to continue being the market leader in our area.I have successfully completed my NAEA exams and in addition have gained a GNVQ in Customer Service. Over tha past 8 years i have won various awards including Negotiator of the month, Negotiator of the year and have been part of the team to win office of the year in Narberth. I also came 2nd in our 2014 annual competion for best performing Negotiator in the comany.FBM have won numerous awards including; Best Independent Estate Agents in the UK by the Home Sale Network, Best Estate Agency in Pembrokeshire at the Daily Mail UK Property Awards.
