We offer dynamic thermal modelling of any building type and size. Common services are listed below but please ask if you have specific requirements. L2 analysis for England, Wales Scotland and NI: We will carry out CO2 calculations, solar gain checks and provide BRUKL documents for you to submit to building control. EPC's: Energy Performance Certificates for any size/complexity building lodged with CIBSE by our in house level 5 energy assessors. Overheating :Prevent the need for air conditioning. Whether this be TM52, TM59, BB101 or bespoke analysis. We will work closely with you to help design your natural ventilation strategies to ensure you can maintain thermal comfort within your buildings. BREEAM: We can help towards “Health and Well being” and “Energy” credits. Hea01 Visual comfort calculating daylight factors and uniformity. Hea04 Thermal comfort producing TM52 or PMV, PPD reports, Ene01 Reduction of energy use and carbon emissions and Ene04 Low carbon design, whilst always working closely with you to analyze your design options Daylight Assessments: Calculating daylight factors, climate based daylight modelling, right to light, no sky line and shadow casting analysis. CIBSE TM54 Evaluating operational energy performance of buildings at the design stage CEM (Calibrated Energy modelling) Modelling a building’s actual energy usage by inputting actual occupancy patterns, manufacturers’ plant details and control logic. This is then calibrated against actual meter readings until the model represents reality. The model can then be probed to ensure full optimization of the plant is being achieved. This becomes an invaluable tool for Facilities Managers and building owners. HVAC modeling with our new plant modeling feature. Allowing any part of the system to be analyzed in great detail to help optimize system design
