I arranged and put together a course which was then carried out and given as training to a team of 18 security officers including the team leader. Customer Service/Ambassador training was also given to the Doha team along with a security awareness course. A new roster was then created for the team leader showing him how to arrange the staff in the correct mannerism. He was also briefed on how to manage and deal with staff issues that may occur.
