If it weren't for Taryn, I don't think I'd finally have made the career transition I've been wanting for a very long time. Not only did she manage to find the most suitable role for me, she took my personality into consideration and carefully placed me in a work environment I'd thrive in. When I felt unsure, Taryn took time to listen to my concerns and gave her honest opinion. She offered her advice and gave me courage to take a step in the right direction for me.
