  Temporary Purchase Ledger role in a social housing company based in Castle Vale. I was tasked with clearing a 3 month backlog of unpaid invoices by chasing approvers and teaching them how to use the purchase order system correctly, a task which I succeeded in, whilst also assisting the senior finance officer when required. Key Responsibilities• Registering Invoices on to the ledger using Open Accounts and assigning to respective approvers when required• Dealing with Invoice and Statement enquiries from suppliers• Maintaining and dealing with enquiries regarding the purchase order system P2P, whether that be teaching individuals how to use the system or finding and rectifying mistakes• Producing unapproved invoice and outstanding purchase order reports through excel, using VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables to carry forward and present previous/current data• Completing the weekly Bacs remittance’s and sending them to suppliers• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of the quarterly Finance Presentation to the company• Prioritising workload and tasks, assessing which jobs are more important in order to meet multiple deadlines
