I had the pleasure of working for Tarryn in 2019, in her time as a Senior Social Media Manager. I loved my short time working with her, and the impact she made on the team and the business is still evident even a few years later. Under Tarryn I learnt a lot, she has a huge amount of social knowledge, heaps of creative flare and an eye for detail. Her dynamic personality, leadership skills, breadth of social knowledge and the fact she isn’t afraid to ask questions and push boundaries, makes her a badass social marketer. Aside from that, she’s a brilliant manager, and a huge amount of fun to be with both inside and outside of work.

I had the great pleasure of working with Tarryn for just over 2 years when she was in her role as Head of Social for m2m. In short, I loved working with her and the impact she made on the agency across this period from a product, client, team and culture perspective was, well, huge. And frankly she is still sorely missed. Tarryn is hard working, tenacious and dedicated. She has a fantastic strategic mind and enhanced the product offering and in turn the client base for m2m Social considerably. Clients loved working with her and she always managed to inject fun and laughs into even a dry topic. Despite her huge personality Tarryn did not always seek centre stage and was committed to the growth and development of her team – carefully nudging them outside of their comfort zone where appropriate but always with her full support. Tarryn spent time, effort and energy on her team and genuinely cared about ensuring her team thrived in their roles. And culturally – any agency event was always the richer for having Tarryn there. Tarryn is a very rare breed indeed and if she were to ever return to Sydney I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
