Tarryn worked as a Development Associate for Parkour UK from November 2020 – January 2021. It was evident that she has a natural leadership quality that people want to support which is achieved through influencing others and driving tasks. Other strengths included selling ideas and things to people, motivating people to act on a voluntary basis and initiating positive contacts with a broad range of people.

I worked closely with Tarryn during the latter part of 2020 during her input on a strategy project across business development/research for SportonSpec. She was quick to grasp the ethos of the company and has excellent clarity of thought. Working purely remotely was different at the time, however it was in no way a hindrance as Tarryn has excellent communication/organisational skills. As an added bonus Tarryn is proactive in her work and with that came plenty of valuable recommendations to help shape the best way forward for SportonSpec. I would highly recommend Tarryn as an undoubted asset to any team she is part of!
