First aid and CPR certified with Incident commander OSHA level five certificate. American Crane and Safety rigging certified. Certified Trainer for Forklift, Rough Terrain Forklift, Scissor Lift, Skid Steer, and Boom Lift. Hazardous material operator level two. *Tasked with a range of responsibilities including identifying and solving problems, using best judgment and policy including monthly spill kit inspections, fire extinguisher inspections, tanks and container inspections, and Emergency eyewash. *Regularly tests alarm systems ensuring that they function correctly. Ships out hazardous waste and maintains manifest paperwork. Assists Safety Supervisor in incident reports, safety audit and special projects. Coordinates respiration fit test and hearing test for entire plant. Maintains inventory for safety supplies.
