I had the pleasure of working with Taronish for more than three years at MGH. We collaborated on a project about kinase activities in prostate cancer metastasis, where Taronish led a significant portion of the experimental cancer biology work, which included animal, cell culture as well molecular biology experiments. Taronish was very thorough in her experimentation and she had a great eye for details. She is very responsive, personable, hard working and a great team-player. She has trained and managed technicians, and has excellent written and oral communication skills. Taronish drove a significant portion of the project to completion, and our joint manuscript was recently accepted for publication in Cancer Research. Taronish would be a true asset for any position requiring experimental cancer biology and teamwork skills, and comes with my heartfelt recommendation.

I worked very closely with Taronish on many projects. She was a joy to work with, always explaining the means and goals of the projects and also taking an interest in me personally. Taronish is very organized, bringing order to much of our lab's resources. She also was very scrupulous in assigning credit for work done on the projects. I highly recommend Taronish.
