So obviously we have a lot of environments, needs and demands, both in term of quantity and variety.Our team is the responsible of Delivering, Operating and documenting various platforms with plethora of services such as HDP, Elastic, NiFi, Monitoring platform based on Prometheus and Grafana, Relational databases... On top of that we offer support to our users. The model of our offering was "self service platform", so a lot of work must be done to empower our users with all tools they need to deliver business value. The solution was deployed on dedicated servers hosted on the provider data centres and accessible via internet. to secure access to servers and to the platform a Remote Access VPN was setup with TLS authentication that support multiple users.
