      For the SHJ I am the System Production Technician I currently handle all levels of help desk support, Lotus Notes configuration (instant message, email, and troubleshooting), Altiris administration, level 2 network issues (such as switch configuration, cable creation, network drops, patch panel repair, and switch closet organization.
