We tell the story of London's water supply. Duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to: Opening and closing of the site, including the setting of the alarms and managing the car park. Delivering excellent customer service, keeping visitors informed of all events. Managing the ticketing, sales and booking system on the tills. Updating the duty manager report at the end of each day, reporting any issues that arise. Maintaining the appearance of the site, inside and out, including shop area, interactives and gallery spaces. Supporting the volunteer team on the day, answering questions and managing the team members.
