  I am servicing in "Kaniz Garments Limited (Sister concern of Group QA)" for almost 2.5 years as "Officer, Industrial Engineer". "Kaniz Garments Limited" is a export oriented woven garments factory. I have to work here for new method development, style shipment planning, internal supply chain follow up, working hour & man power calculation, train up workers, machines arrangements etc. My responsibilities are given below...1. Style wise shipment plan from cutting to finishing.2. No of line, Manpower, working Hr calculation based on shipment.3. SMV calculation of different styles.4. Line layout preparation.5. Arrange required machines, folder & attachment.6. Method development.7. Floor layout as per requirement.8. Train up worker as per skill shortage.9. Motivate workers & stuffs to increase the productivity.10. Follow up internal supply chain.11. Make action plan for various problem.12. Production stuff skill test.

  After my study I have joined in "Hardy Associated Limited" as "Fabric Planning Officer" in December 2015. "Hardy Associates Limited" is a export oriented knit garments factory. I had served there for almost 1 year only. There my major responsibilities was about follow up for the required fabric supply from sub-contract factories. My responsibilities are given below...1. Capacity study of knitting, dyeing, yarn dyeing, AOP sub-contract factories.2. Order place as per required.3. Calculation required yarn as per finish fabric.4. Price quotation collection from different sub-contract knitting, dyeing, yarn dyeing, AOP factories.5. Fabric design analysis.6. Prepare plan for on time fabric in-house.7. Calculate the approximate fabric production cost & final cost after fabric production & comparison between them. Root cause analysis & submit the report to the management.8. Visiting the sub-contact factories.
