Held full P&L responsibility.  Achieved 9% reduction in variable cost through cellular and lean manufacturing implementation.  Reduced finished goods inventory 50% through Kanban implementation on 3,000 parts.  Reduced DPPM from 20,000 to 4000 and achieved ISO 9000 registration.  Improved equipment up time. Corporate Continuous Improvement . Huntsville, AL-2001-2009 Led process improvements for 13 facilities in US, Canada, and Mexico. Developed strategic plans with each facility. Conducted detailed studies for process flow, layout, and tooling for new and existing products. Conducted semi-annual assessments at each plant. Developed and delivered Value Stream Mapping classes on factory floor and implemented events to maximize ROI.
