MTM is Located in Princess Risborough in the United Kingdom • Position: Senior Field Engineer (Mechanical).(Field Service) • Responsibilities: ✓ Installation, Commissioning , Trouble shooting, making maintenance, regular inspection, repair, tabulation of machines performance, technical support and tuning works for cigarettes making brand new and old production lines and tipping filter making machines ✓ Testing and troubleshooting all machine`s mechanical components and implement design modifications in agreement with the project Design Engineering Team. ✓ Generation and implementation of written Commissioning Procedures, including acceptance test procedures. ✓ Tabulation of machines performance and running hours and arranging for spare parts request & providing full technical support for customers upon request ✓ Training the customer personnel in the normal operation of the Production line. ✓ Maintaining a positive relationship with customer & to meet customer requirements. ✓ Timely and accurate completion of Commissioning Reports&Site Reports ✓ Performing Protocols (Acceptance Tests) for production lines according to written contract with high efficiency. ✓ Cigarette making machines Projects accomplished in UTOB Jordan-Eastern Co Egypt-NCMI Yemen- JTI Sudan-PDMC & JTI Philippines-Alfurat and United UAE-BMJ Iraq-KT&G Korea ✓ Certified training at Molins S.R.O factory (Czech Republic) on cigarette makers in 2014. ✓ Certified training at Molins S.R.O factory (As instructor) in 2015 ✓ Certified Training as instructor at Eastern Tobacco and at Molins SRO on Filter Makers (Forte) in 2018 & 2019 ✓ Reporting to MOLINS UK.
