Resolve Cardholder Disputes by judiciously applying payment scheme rules and regulations. Analyze Re-presentments to maximize recovery to avoid financial losses to the organization Meet Fraud Impacted customers whenever possible to obtain more information. Utilize the Fraud Detection Systems of the bank as well as Fraud Risk Alerts and Fraud Rules definitions in order to better manage fraud risk mitigation and detection. Maintain relations with payment schemes and member banks in order to ensure IBQ is kept up to date on fraud awareness and fraud trends and investigations. Train agents in order to keep them updated with fraud trends. Prepare and submit reports to payment schemes and regulators whenever fraud is identified without delays.
