Our major product, NinjaCRM is a complete suite of CRM for Sales, Service and Insurance - with focus on a more automated CRM. Advanced features have been set up as well.Being an Associate Consultant, we believe in providing in-depth analysis to the problems which our client tend to overlook, by providing data driven analysis constantly.Responsible in taking care of strategy behind customer service and Dealership's customer support model.Conducting NinjaCRM workshops for better understanding of the client.Need to showcase our data driven strategies to the Managers and Senior Managers.
