I designed a programme of inclusive activities for this large college's full quota of students and staff. I ran a small team of staff delivering this programme, including a three week off-site induction programme to welcome new students each September. As well as designing these programmes and employing freelance faciltitators to deliver them, I worked extensively in risk assessment and health and safety. I ran off-site trips for groups of students across the year. I gained a minibus driving license during this role, as well as several other certificates: Level 3 Introductory Certificate in Management, Risk Assessment, Child Safety, Equality and Diversity, Customer Service, Situational Leadership.
