Emily Shed
Tarana was initially my mentor at CEB, and later was promoted to be my manager. In both positions she was incredibly supportive, and always looking to help me grow in my roles. As my mentor, she was working at the time in a Sales role, and was able to demonstrate to me (as a graduate) the most effective, and time-efficient methods to go about the sales process. These are skills that have proved a strong basis as I have developed professionally. As a manager, she had the ability to inspire her team to do the best they possibly could. She is able to create great relationships with her direct reports, which in turn created a very good level of mutual respect.

I have been extremely fortunate to work closely with Tarana since she joined CEB in 2007, starting as my key partner in expanding our market penetration across EMEA with Divisional CFOs of large global companies.
