Tara is a competent, reliable and organised person with an excellent understanding of marketing. She worked for me as a Marketing Assistant and successfully set up our social media profiles, built our social media presence and followers, as well conducting rigorous research into our target market. A self-starter who can work autonomously, she received limited hands-on management and guidance from me, so used her initiative and creativity to deliver invaluable research that enabled me to build out our sales and marketing strategy. These traits also enabled her to find new ways to get our products in front of the right audience. This included creating engaging posts from a very limited range of products and images, plus recommending, and then subsequently managing, sponsored posts. Tara’s positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills made her a joy to work with, and she was always keen to learn new skills, including how to use our internal tool to update the website.
