      I have always enjoyed fitness or sports in some manner since I was young. High School sports kept me busy. In college, I played softball for two years. After school, I discovered working out in another way other than training for a sport and fell in love with it. Step aerobics, running, weight lifting and eventually Spinning and Bootcamps. I became an instructor after years of enjoying it as a 'student'. Overcoming my 'stage fright' and fear of being in front of a crowd, I have grown to love teaching. I enjoy pushing people further than they believe they can go and feeling the reward afterward.
