There aren’t many people who will take a positive stance for divorce as Tara. Her in-depth knowledge of the topic is amazing. She brings a fresh and much-needed perspective, be it during or after the divorce process. Tara’s facilitating, trainer, coaching and support skills are second to none. She leaves individuals both feeling and knowing that they are worthy of being valued, loved and respected. I have shared the stage with Tara on a number of occasions and the simple, yet profound way that she addresses the audience puts people at ease, while at the same time giving them so much food for thought and practical steps. If you are looking for someone who will wholeheartedly support you or someone you know through a divorce I recommend that you get in touch with Tara Elsenhard and her organization as soon as possible.

I don't even know where to begin -- there are too many wonderful things to say. I worked with Tara as a volunteer with Neighborhood Dispute Settlement. Tara took on the role of President of our Board of Directors with a passion and vigor, the likes of which we had not seen in a long time. Due in no small part to Tara's leadership, our organization grew exponentially. Tara is a leader with a vision and the aptitude to make that vision happen. One of the most remarkable things I observed while working with Tara was how she took on new and unexpected roles. For example, when we had an unexpected resignation by our executive director, Tara did not allow the organization to skip a beat while we worked through the process of hiring a new person. As a volunteer, she took on the administrative duties and ensured that those who needed help in our Community had their need addressed. During that time, she also evaluated outdated procedures and provided feedback and suggestions to the Board (which were ultimately adopted) addressing problems she encountered using old processes. I cannot say enough good things about Tara. I feel lucky to have worked with her and I sincerely look forward to what she does next!
