I've had the pleasure and good fortune to work with Tara across two different roles here at LiveRamp. I was her SDR when she was a Senior Account Executive and now I am on the sales team that she runs as a VP of Enterprise Sales. Tara is special in that she leads from the front with a passion and excitement for mentorship and sharing the knowledge that she's gained over her years in the field. Tara leads from the front in the sense that she will help her reps dig deep to brainstorm and come up with creative and out of the box ideas in order to deliver for their quota as well as (more importantly) for their clients. She fosters an environment of teamwork and collaboration that most sales organizations don't have. This breeds a level of trust between both teammates and leadership. We all trust that she is working hard for us to be able to be the best we can be and Tara trusts us to believe in the mission and deliver for the team. Tara bridges the gap between being able to make thoughtful and effective hires while also having the knowledge, skillset, and personality to train and mentor her reports to new heights. Her studious approach to the world of sales is contagious and the unique way she treats each individual brings out the very best in all of her reps. I highly recommend anyone with the opportunity to work alongside Tara to lean into her methods as they have proven successful time and time again in multiple roles. I always say, "when I do what Tara says, deals close."
