  I have been managing the River Park Development project since starting at Holden Architects four years ago. River Park is a mixed-use development which includes a river front park, parking garages, retail, hotels, restaurants, and a variety of entertainment venues. Other key projects include: Walk-On’s Bistreaux & Bar, Town Center, Baton Rouge, LA: Responsibilities included design, coordination, and document production through construction of the project. Additional services included establishing restaurant graphics, design, and furniture brand standards, including project management of Owner’s Subcontractors. Walk-On’s Bistreaux & Bar, Half Court, Baton Rouge, LA: Responsibilities included design, coordination, and document production through construction of the project. Additional services included establishing restaurant graphics, design, and furniture brand standards. Project is set to start construction in August of this year. Walk-On’s Bistreaux & Bar, Franchise Development: Responsibilities included design, coordination, and document production through construction of their 5,500 and 7,500 square foot restaurant prototypes. Additional services included establishing restaurant graphics, design, and furniture brand standards. Projects are currently in design. Central Table, Morrison, Performed work on new dining concept for Morrison centered on exhibition-style food stations in a communal dining atmosphere. Tara served as Project Manager from design through Construction. Chartwells and Morrison Dining Facilities: Served as Project Manager for Holden Architects’ Chartwells and Morrison’s dining work for the last two years. This work includes dining facilities at the following Universities and Hospitals: University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, Texas State University, McNeese State University, Lamar University, Schreiner University, University of New Mexico, BJC Hospital, Grady Memorial, Truman Medical Center, and Tomball Regional Hospital.
