  Horley In August I was promoted to Manager and transferred to the Horley branch. Before I took over this store I went for 2weeks training in a Manager Coach store in Hove and progressed and expanded my managerial skills. This enabled me to go into my store in Horley fully trained and ready to take on the store.

Covered other stores in the region when they needed management cover, During this time my Manager at the time became a Manager Coach within this store which meant we had various trainee managers and Assistant managers coming to our store for 2-4weeks training, I was very much involved in this training which helped in developing my skills within my role in this store.
